Holy Night

Hi there! Merry Christmas! I hope you all had a very special Christmas Eve, and are enjoying a wonderful Christmas with family and friends. Did Santa bring the gifts you wanted? Yesterday morning, our son was busy wrapping gifts, and he asked me if I had a Christmas card for him. I looked at the colors of the wrapping paper and the gift bags, and I created this card. This morning, I made this non-bake strawberry cheesecake, and also some Oreo snowballs. I hope our guests will like it!

Take care!

Holiday Wishes

Hello again! Welcome to my blog! Today, I'd like to share another Tilda christmas card. I chose the Tilda in the Mountains again (yes, we are expecting some snow tomorrow!), and this time I also used the Tim Holtz Snow Flurries On the Edge Die and the Creative Memories Cricut Cartridge for the other snowflakes.

This morning, I went to Joann's to look for some nice boxes for the Cookie Exchange Party later this week, and I noticed that the Tim Holtz Dies were on sale ... yes, I know that is NOT in the "baking supply department", but to get to that particular department ... oh well, you know what I mean!  One more thing, I am so glad you are not able to see my kitchen right now, lol! It is a mess, I am so busy baking cookies, but on the other hand it smells so good in our house. Just getting ready for Christmas ... good luck you all!

Thanks for visiting and take care!

Thinking of you at this time of the year,
and though we are miles apart,
may the special love
that's sent your way
keep us close at heart.

Last Friday, I was so lucky to visit the Christkindl Market in Chicago, and took these photos. Chicago looks just awesome in December, even without the snow!
